Fresh off a 31-21 win over West Virginia Wesleyan, the Concord University football team plays its final road Mountain East Conference game when it travels to Wheeling 12:00 p.m. Saturday to face the Cardinals at Bishop Schmitt Field.

It’s Wednesday Concord Mountain Lions Athletics Concord University Family and Friends! Game time approaching soon, here is the parking info for Saturday’s Game. Noon kickoff, lot opens at 9am, parking lot C is for visitors and there is a path to the visitor entry gate. Tailgate spots are available for $25, general admission parking is free. Both are available in lot C

Coming off of that big W in Athens yesterday, it’s time to focus on the travel week ahead. Our Mountain Lions head to Bishop Schmitt Field for a noon kickoff in Wheeling WV this coming Saturday. It’s one of the longest travel games of the year, but don’t let that stop you from making the trip and supporting our team. Dawn and I are headed up Friday and staying in Parkersburg WV (2 1/2 hours from Athens) Friday night. We’d love to hear who else is making the trek? Concord University Concord University Football

The Concord University Athletic Department is proud to announce that Saturday's football game between Concord and West Virginia Wesleyan will be broadcast on WVVA-TV, the NBC affiliate out of nearby Bluefield, West Virginia.
