Springhill Baptist Church Fernandina - Upward Program Upward Sports Program at Springhill Baptist Church in Fernandina Beach, FL We are a sports league based at Springhill Baptist Church.

Currently we offer Volleyball in January - April-ish and Basketball August - October.

Pre-registration not required. Please be sure to bring a water bottle, there is a water fountain available. Remember this is being conducted at a church, please wear clothing that is both appropriate for playing volleyball and respectful of others. A regular t-shirt (no crop tops) and athletic shorts type (soccer/basketball) shorts is fine.

Starting June 1, we will allow players to register for both weeks of camp. Please join the waitlist if the session you are interested in is full. We will add from the waitlist if space permits. Currently we are requesting players only register for 1 week of camp until after June 1st, then we will allow a player to register for both weeks. We are doing this to give more kids a chance to play. Thank you for your understanding!*

So thankful for all the kids and their families. We started the Upward program at Springhill Baptist Church in 2023 with just a 1 week summer volleyball camp. This past season we had 120 players in 2nd-12th grade. This summer we are hosting 5 different sessions of summer camp along with weekly open gyms. Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers and families who have helped grow our program! Hope to see you around this summer

Open Gym - June 9 and 16, July 6, 13, 20, 27 - 6-8pm (all ages and skill welcome).

Youth events every Wednesday night 6:30-7:30pm.

VBS (free) - June 1-6, 6-8pm nightly. You can preregister - https://fs2.formsite.com/wpeters/form501475950/index - this helps us know how many kids to prepare for. You can also register at VBS when you arrive.
