Please join us in thanking Coach Alan for his years of service to this community. From coaching morning classes, playing the classics, and giving out free PT sessions between classes, his absence will certainly be felt for years to come.

Following the birth of their second child, Alan has made the decision to step down to focus more on his family. His final class coaching will be Thursday morning Sept 10th.

Please show him some love and appreciation for his time here!

Continuing our series on what Real Fitness can do for your life, we highlight Tyrone M McGinnis !

While always active, he wasn’t always this fit. After encountering an ACL tear over 15 years ago, he decided to use that as the moment to prioritize his health for real.

Ty has been apart of CrossFit gyms in the US and Singapore, and credits them for having him at his peak shape at 56 and crushing life!

Please join us in thanking coach Griffin in his years of service to this community. Griffin is moving on to pursue a different career direction and we wish him all the best in his journey.

Griffin gave a lot of himself to make sure the members that came in the doors had a great experience, a fun time, and were encouraged to never stop pursuing their best fitness. In a very selfless role, he did it with enthusiasm. We thank him for all his early mornings and late nights, kids camps, dodgeball games, field days, and everything in between.

You’ll be seeing Griffin here taking classes with you all as a member real soon.
