This program will focus on acceleration, change of direction, vertical & lateral work, top-end speed, and strength training. Athletes nowadays are prone to injury and burnout. Break up your childâs typical training cycle with a new program designed to develop, enhance, and strengthen their skills. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 11-12.
