Chip Beltinck has gone from air squats to box squats, and now free squats. Today he is up to squatting 155lbs and getting better every week. One of our own at ECS, Spencer competed today in a USPA tournament. He represented well as he set a new state record in the bench press (240lbs) at 146lbs in the 16 year old class. He also had three lift weight total of 820lbs and set the state records for his class in deadlift and squat! We are proud of you Spencer! ECS Strength Training and Fitness Facility - Fenton
