⛳️💚 The Dell — Story Time
Today, two incredible women stepped off the course, settled into the shop, and filled the room with laughter, stories, and the kind of energy that reminds you why The Dell is more than a golf club — it’s a family.
Courtney Anderson works with HomeSale Mortgage, part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeSale Services umbrella. She’s been golfing at The Dell since the early 1980s, when her grandfather Preston Spahr brought her here every summer. She later brought her own children, creating decades of memories on these greens.
Outside of golf, Courtney is a mom of four, planning her youngest’s wedding, staying active, and building her own business — the beautiful rural wedding venue Duke & Daisies.
Lori Biesecker works with HomeSale Settlement Services, also under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeSale Services umbrella. She found The Dell thanks to Jim Gordon — owner of Conocodell Golf Club and fellow Berkshire Hathaway real estate agent — who encouraged her to come golf here.
Lori is a title agent, a mom of two, and the owner of Silo & Company, a charcuterie business inspired by her childhood dairy farm.
Together, these two women describe The Dell as:
