"The Journey Continues" is a maxim we share with our athletes to encourage them to remain faithful amidst all of life's circumstances. Through the highs and the lows, we are all on the same journey until Christ calls us home.

"I just got a D1 offer!" Great! The journey continues.
"I just had a season-ending injury." Man, that's hard! The journey continues.

This is all meant to shape us for our good and His glory. This mindset allows us to experience life genuinely, handle blessings and trials, and continue moving forward, pursuing excellence in all we do.

🚨New Coach: Cooper Tate🚨

Cooper has been at Resolute since the start of September. He has done a great job jumping in, building relationships with our athletes, and bringing energy and joy to our sessions.

Previously, he graduated from the University of Arkansas in December 2025 and interned with the Olympic Strength and Conditioning Staff from January-July 2026.
He received his CSCS certification in June 2026.

We are grateful to have him!

James Long has been with us since the return to the school year. He previously worked with us during the Summer of 2024. We are grateful to have him with us. His faith, attention to detail, knowledge base, and elite-level comedic relief add immense value to our athletes.
