May is . Contrary to the common misconception, it's not just an "old person's" disease. About two-thirds of those living with arthritis are aged 65 or under. For people living with arthritis, joint-friendly aerobic activities can help reduce arthritis pain and improve function. These activities are low-impact, meaning they put less stress on the body and joints.
