Our next session starts this Monday, May 11th! SharQui (pronounced Shar-Kee') is not a traditional belly dance class, but a fitness class with authentic belly dance moves that are simplified then gradually layered together until you're dancing a belly dance routine. Class starts with a gentle warm up, moving into low-impact belly dance cardio, and ends with a relaxing stretch. This is for everyone who wants fitness and fun in their workout. No dance experience is needed and you can take it at your own pace. Strengthen your core, build stamina, have fun, and feel fabulous!
