🪶🪶🪶 Wooo!!! Day 2 was an overwhelming success and even better than Day 1. 👊

Today was day 2 of our 3-Day Strong Warriors Leadership, Communication & Conflict Management Workshop for the Denver Indian Center and I couldn’t be more encouraged by the level of engagement, honesty, and participation from everyone in the room.

We spent the day exploring topics such as:
• Self-awareness and leadership
• Communication styles
• Responding vs. reacting
• Emotional regulation under pressure
• Accountability and leadership presence
• Building trust through stronger communication

What stood out most was watching people begin to see themselves differently. Some powerful moments of reflection took place today, and that’s where meaningful growth begins.

One of the core messages we explored is simple:

You cannot effectively lead others until you better understand yourself.

Communication improves when self-awareness increases.
Conflict becomes easier to navigate when we understand our own patterns before judging someone else’s.

Clarity is Power. Stay Strong. 💪🪶

🪶💪😎Wooo!!! What a day.🎉 The Four Corners Regional Weight Lifting Challenge at the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel was a tremendous success. This event brought together athletes, families, fitness enthusiasts, and spectators from across the region for a full day of live entertainment.

By the end of the day, attendees were cheering, celebrating personal records, and supporting competitors they had never met before.

The event featured a special appearance by Pritchett, former World Record Deadlift Holder and World’s Strongest Man finalist, added to the excitement.👊

Thank you to Ute Mountain Casino Hotel, the athletes, volunteers, spectators, and everyone who helped make the event a success.😉👍
