Check-In
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to check in and warm up.
Parking
Parking will be limited, especially on Saturday.
We have requested use of the dirt lot but have not yet received confirmation. If it is opened, please drive carefully—there is irrigation and infrastructure in that area that can be damaged.
If the dirt lot is not available, the main lot will likely fill. Do not block the turnaround at the end of the lot, as emergency vehicles may need access.
Seating and Shade
Seating is limited. Players are encouraged to bring chairs.
Please do not place chairs on the tennis court surface—set up on the surrounding concrete areas. Canopies are allowed; please be mindful of space and courteous to others.
Water, Food, and Snacks
We will have a 5-gallon water jug and access to on-site fountains. Players are strongly encouraged to bring their own water, ice, and cooling supplies.
Water is allowed on the courts. No food or other drinks are permitted on the playing surface.
Light snacks (trail mix, granola bars, etc.) will be available. Please bring any additional food you may need.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available on site.
Warm-Up Courts
For singles and mixed doubles, all brackets begin at the same time—please share courts during warm-ups.
On Saturday, Advanced divisions start later and may use open courts. If a court is assigned for match play, please clear it immediately.
Raffle
We will again have a raffle with great prizes including artwork, paddles, and more.
Each registration includes one raffle ticket. Additional tickets are available for purchase:
$1 each or 6 for $5 (cash only)
This year, individual ticket boxes will be available for each prize so you can choose which items to enter for.
Thank you to everyone who donated raffle prizes.
Equipment
Matches will be played on double-striped tennis courts using SwiftNet portable nets. We will use green Selkirk balls.
Please do not wear yellow or green clothing, as it can interfere with ball visibility.
Thank you again for participating. We are looking forward to a great weekend of competition and fun.
