KAIZEN MMA At Kaizen MMA, we welcome everyone – from beginners to seasoned athletes, ages 4 and up! We have been a mainstay of martial arts in Virginia since 1998.

Over the years, we have trained with some of the most experienced practitioners of different styles such as Kyokushin, Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jujitsu, Enshin and Seido Kan to become as well rounded as possible. ial arts system, we have sought out and employed coaches with exceptional backgrounds to help you develop in the system that you want to develop in. We have a coaching staff that has accomplished everything from winning international karate tournaments to being Olympic wrestlers, to fighting in the UFC. Not one person can be an expert in everything, and that is where our advantage comes in.
