Our Competition Camp is in full swing as we prepare for the New Breed BJJ competition in Tiverton, RI at the end of June. From takedowns and positional work to conditioning, live rounds, and sharpening competition mindset, our students are getting after it every week.

Whether it’s your first tournament or you’re a seasoned competitor, these camps are a great way to push yourself, improve your jiu-jitsu, and train alongside teammates all working toward the same goal.

Most people only see competition day. They don’t see the extra rounds, the sweat, the discipline, and the preparation that happens beforehand. That’s where growth happens. Let’s keep building. 👊
