Look forward to new workshops and classes beginning this spring on Daoist meditation, Qigong, Taijiquan and other Daoist martial arts including empty hand and traditional weapons for self-cultivation and self-defense. I'll also be teaching classes on Daoist philosophy, spirituality and medicine!
