💫 11/11 Manifestation Magic 💫 ⁣

I can’t imagine where my life would be today if I didn’t believe in magic. ⁣
⁣
Before my first spiritual awakening at age 27, I had zero connection with a higher power. ⁣
⁣
I didn’t believe in ‘the Universe’ or pay attention to signs and synchronicities that were happening. ⁣
⁣
My mind was fully absorbed in my negative thoughts and was stuck in a rollercoaster of emotions clouded that my reality. ⁣
⁣
After struggling for years with depression, chronic health issues, and waking up with panic attacks, I finally hit rock bottom and committed to a daily meditation practice. ⁣
⁣
For the first time in my life, I started to feel connected to something greater. I tapped into an energy of infinite love and connection that my soul had been searching for all along. ⁣
⁣
It’s been over 5 years of committing to my daily meditation practice and the magic that has unfolded continues to blow me away. ⁣

I’m fu***ng scared. But I’m doing it. ⁣

The fear doesn’t go away. Every up-level, every expansion, every time I try something new… the fear shows up loud and clear. ⁣
⁣
That voice inside of your head that says “it’s not going to work” or “how are you going to survive” or “who is going to want to work with me?” … is simply the voice of your Ego trying to keep you safe. ⁣
⁣
But you didn’t come here to play safe. ⁣
⁣
Your soul is guiding you toward the unknown because that is where the GOLD is. ⁣
⁣
The money, the pleasure, the joy, the fulfillment, is all on the other side of the invisible wall that your Ego has created. ⁣
⁣
Now is not the time to let your Ego run the show. You have a mission to accomplish, people to serve, and love to share with the world. ⁣
⁣
Let your little girl know that it’s okay for her to be afraid. Remind her that she is allowed to feel scared sometimes and that there is nothing wrong with her. Be gentle with her. Tell her that she is safe. ⁣

Breathe. Move. Cry. Scream. Shake. Let the energy move through your body. ⁣
⁣
And then come back to center. Come back to the truth. ⁣
⁣
The truth is that you are fu***ng powerful. The truth is that you are fully supported by the Universe. The truth is that you do know enough. The truth is that you are worthy of the abundance,freedom, the pleasure, and fulfillment that you desire. The truth is that you are already enough. You are more than enough. ⁣

The more that you can anchor in these beliefs, the more that you can lean into your faith, the more that you remind yourself of the ultimate truth… ⁣

The sooner you will get to the other side and experience the miracles and magic that are waiting for you. ⁣

The most effective way that I’ve personally up-leveled my reality has been through working with a trusted mentor and joining group programs/ masterminds.⁣

📣 Huge Life Update…. I’m moving to Asheville! 📣 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This may be one of the wildest surprises that my soul has led me to so far. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After 6 months of exploring a nomadic lifestyle, I’m ready to plant some roots and settle in a new city. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Along my nomadic journey I’ve been in a deep exploration of what this next chapter was going to look like. I kept paying attention to what I loved about the places that I visited and what elements felt like the most important for me when picking a new home. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
One of the biggest insights that I got was that my soul craves being surrounded by nature. Whenever I see trees and mountains, I feel so grounded and am instantly brought to a place of awe and gratitude.🌲 🏔 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
In this chapter I have been craving more spaciousness in my social life. While I love being in community, I feel happiest when I have a handful of deep meaningful relationships instead of feeling like I ‘need’ to spend time with a bunch of people on a regular basis. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This decision to move across the country has brought up so many emotions. There have been many painful moments where I have questioned my intuition and had doubts about if I could trust myself. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
My Ego would be way happier for me to stay in San Diego which has been my home for most of my life. But that’s not the path my soul is calling me towards at this time. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
After a lot of introspection and support from two of my best friends who truly get me, I have 💯 clarity that this is the right place for me. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Since arriving here 3 weeks ago, I’ve experienced some incredible synchronicities and creativity keeps pouring through me. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I’ve met some of the most genuine and kind people and taken amazing dance and yoga classes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There are so many things that I already love about this magical place, I’m excited to keep exploring. ⁣⁣(continued 👇)

Your mind is powerful but your body contains deep sacred wisdom. ⁣⁣⁣⁣💫⁣

She knows the truth of who you are and what is in the highest alignment for your soul. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Your body will tell you when something feels right. She speaks to you through your 5 senses, and through the language of energy. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
In order to be able to hear and understand your body’s language, you will need to spend more time in your body and less time in your mind. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣
The most effective way for a woman to reconnect with her body (and her truth) is through Embodiment. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
There are several methods to support you to becoming an Embodied woman, however my favorite way is through a movement practice called Embody.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I’ve been studying to become a teacher of this modality for the last 10 months with my embodiment teacher, . ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Throughout this time I’ve learned how to understand the language of my body in a whole new way. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I feel the most connected to my truth and my authentic self than ever before in both my relationships and my business. ⁣⁣🙏🏼✨💁🏻‍♀️⁣⁣⁣⁣

And, my body has opened to completely new levels of pleasure and aliveness that I couldn’t access before. ⁣⁣🌹💦👄 ⁣⁣⁣⁣

The Aries Full Moon really rocked me 🙆🏻‍♀️⁣
⁣
It brought up some heavy emotions that I haven’t sat with for a while. When I get into these spaces, it’s easy for me to reach for one of the practices in my ‘spiritual tool kit’ to make myself feel better. ⁣
⁣
I’ve gotten really fu***ng good at mastering my thoughts and finding ways to see the positive and look for the lessons in what I’m experiencing. ⁣
⁣
While I’m grateful for these tools such as journaling, meditation, and inner child work, I recognize that these can often serve as ways to bi-pass the emotions that I’m feeling. ⁣
⁣
It feels way easier to avoid going deep into the emotional pain because I get afraid I will get stuck there forever. ⁣
⁣
However, what I know to be true is that when we bi-pass the deeper emotions, we also block ourselves from being able to experience the higher states of bliss, pleasure, joy that are available to us too. ⁣
⁣
So this week, instead of avoiding, I leaned in and went DEEP. ⁣
⁣
I signed up for an and allowed myself to be guided through a healing movement journey where I met my anger, my fear, and my sadness. I let myself be held in Sisterhood and released the heaviness from my body.⁣
⁣
By the end of the session, I was able to access the childlike joy, silliness, and play that I wasn’t able to access prior to this session. ⁣
⁣
What I love most about incorporating embodiment into my practices is that I don’t have to ‘think’ my way out of how I’m feeling. Instead, I just show up with an open heart, and allow the music, my breathe, and my body to do the work for me. ⁣
⁣
I’m infinitely grateful to have access to this modality for my own journey, and incredibly honored to be a teacher of this modality as well. ⁣
⁣

I’ve been thinking about this message a lot lately. ⁣⁣⁣Wondering how I can empower other women to fully step into their purpose and be the leaders, healers, and lightworkers that they were born to be. ⁣⁣⁣

This message felt challenging to put into words because it can sound so cliche. But this weekend, I was personally reminded about why my voice matters and I want to share this story to inspire you. ⁣

On Sunday I was lounging on the couch reading a book. The chapter I was reading about sparked an idea for me to hop on my stories to share about my journey with overcoming depression and anxiety.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
The next morning I woke up to a message in my inbox from a woman I had never met before. She shared vulnerably that she was struggling with anxiety and depression and asked for some resources to support her. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
After asking a few questions I realized that I was not the right coach for her at this time, however I did have plenty of resources, including a colleague of mine who specializes in trauma healing that I could share with her. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I truly believe that she heard my voice in the perfect timing in her journey and it sparked something within her to reach out for support. ⁣⁣⁣

There are people out there who are waiting for YOU to show up. They are waiting for you to shine your light and to share your wisdom to be the catalyst for a life-changing experience. ⁣⁣⁣
