What a fantastic week for CAP! 💙💛

We kicked things off with a fun night at the Senators game, where our swimmers, families, and coaches enjoyed a great evening together and watched the Senators pull off an extra-innings victory. A great reminder to never give up!

Then on Saturday, our team had an outstanding meet against Shippensburg. We saw first-time swims, personal bests, lots of smiles, new friendships, and tremendous effort from all of our swimmers. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the meet a success! Check out those smiles below 😁

As we look ahead:
🏊 Hanover CASL Meet (Saturday): Please remember that swimmer declines are due by midnight tonight (June 😎. Timely responses help us build relays and ensure opportunities for all swimmers.

🏊 Chargers USA Meet: Today is also the final day to commit. Please email Coach Leah or Coach Tina if you plan to attend.

📅 Reminder: Swimmers must participate in at least 50% of CASL meets (2 meets) to qualify for Divisionals.

CAP Masters Get Together: Thursday June 11th @ 6pm. Please remember to RSVP to Coach Tina via email this week!

Wow!! What an awesome night at the ballpark with our CAP family & friends 🤩 Thank you to everyone who supported us last evening and enjoyed a walk-off walk in extra innings to seal a Senators win! We had a blast while raising over $200 for the team 👏 it takes a village and we have the BEST 🙏

📣 CAP Family Reminder! As we head into our first CASL meet of the summer, please see some updates below:

🏃‍♂️ There is NO swim practice tonight. Dryland only from 5:00–6:00 PM at the high school football stadium. Please wear appropriate workout clothes and sneakers. Parents are welcome to join us!

🤝 We still need volunteers for tomorrow’s meet at Shippensburg. If you haven’t signed up yet, please consider helping out. All positions will need to be filled before the meet can begin.

🏊 Meet entries have been submitted. If something comes up and your swimmer can no longer attend, please contact Coach Tina immediately @ the phone number provided in her email this morning.

🎟️ Last but not least- thank you to everyone who came out to CAP night at the ballpark last evening! We had a blast and can’t wait to do it again sometime. Pictures coming shortly!

We’re looking forward to kicking off another great meet weekend. See everyone tonight and tomorrow!

CAP Weekly Update 🏊‍♀️

We hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! It was wonderful to see everyone back at the pool as we officially kick off our summer season.

📅 New Practice Schedule Begins June 1
Be sure to check the updated schedule for your swimmer’s practice times below. 👇

🏊 First CASL Dual Meet – June 6 at Shippensburg
All swimmers are currently committed. If your swimmer cannot attend, please decline them by June 1 at midnight. Remember, swimmers must compete in at least 2 dual meets to qualify for Divisionals.

⚾ CAP Team Night at the Senators – June 4
Invite your friends and family and join us for a fun evening at the ballpark!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 New Family Parent Meeting
Monday, June 1 at approximately 6:00 PM. We’ll cover important information about CAP, the summer season, and answer any questions.

🏅 Good luck to all CAP swimmers competing at the last day of LAC USA Swim Meet this weekend! We are so proud of all our swimmers who competed this weekend and can’t wait to see results 👏

🎧 Our new coaching headsets have been a huge success! River Runners earned the opportunity to use them twice this week. Swimmers with questions about earning headset privileges should chat with their coaches.

♥️ Coach Jenae Update
We know our swimmers & parents have been asking about Coach Jenae after not seeing her for a bit on the pool deck! We are so happy to report her surgery went as planned and was successful 🥰 she’ll be taking the rest of the summer off to rest and recuperate but you’ll see her back on the pool deck in the fall. If you’d like to leave well wishes or a message for her, please send them to Coach Tina, or comment them below and we will make sure she gets to see them! Thank you everyone for your kindness and support as we help one of our own navigate through a challenging time!
