We hope everyone had an amazing summer and enjoyed some well-deserved time away! We are so excited to welcome our swimmers back to the pool as we kick off another incredible season. 💙💛

📅 Practice begins Monday, August 31! Please make sure your swimmer attends the practice time they are registered for. This helps us keep practices safe, productive, and enjoyable for everyone!

A few important reminders:

🏊 Equipment: Please arrive on time and prepared with the necessary equipment. We ask that swimmers have all required equipment by the end of September.

👀 Closed Practices: Practices are closed to spectators. New swimmers may observe up to two practices to help them become comfortable with the team. During this time, we ask parents to avoid interacting with their swimmer so they can remain focused on their coaches and surroundings.

📵 No Phones in the Locker Room: Swimmers may bring their phones to practice, but phones should remain outside of the locker room—preferably on the bleachers. This policy is in place to help protect the privacy and safety of all our athletes.

📋 Meet Schedule: Our tentative meet schedule has been shared. Please note that additional information, including the CPAL schedule, will be communicated when it becomes available.

We can’t believe this is CAP’s 3rd winter season! 🎉 Our coaches have been busy planning and preparing, and we can’t wait to make this season our best one yet!

💪🏊‍♀️ DRYLAND MATTERS! So let’s talk about it 👇🏊‍♂️

Swimming isn’t just about what happens in the pool! Dryland training is an important part of helping our swimmers become stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.

From building strength and endurance to improving flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention, dryland helps our swimmers develop the tools they need to take their performance to the next level.

At CAP, we’re all about making dryland fun and effective. Sometimes it’s a game. Other times, it’s a couple sets, then the fun happens at the end of a successful practice. The work we put in outside the pool makes a difference inside the pool. 💪🌊

Strong on land. Strong in the water. Stronger together.

We’ve welcomed so many new followers lately, so we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves!

Welcome to CAP (Central Aquatics of Pennsylvania)! 💙💛

We’re a year-round competitive swim team dedicated to helping athletes grow both in and out of the pool. At CAP, we believe success is about more than just fast times.. it’s about building confidence, accountability, and a positive attitude that lasts a lifetime.

Based out of Enola, our practices and home meets are held right here at East Pennsboro Middle School! Our coaching staff bring a wide array of athletic and coaching experience to the pool deck. Coupled with the most incredible parents and volunteers, we’ve grown from around 40 swimmers to 100+ in just two short years!

CAP also offers a Masters Program for ages 18+. Sessions offer swimming from 6-7 with options for a structured practice or open swim to fit your needs!

Whether your swimmer is just beginning their competitive journey or looking to take their skills to the next level, our experienced coaching staff provides a supportive environment where every athlete is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Brent, Henry, and family 👣 participated in an Epilepsy walk for Team Brent last week! Did you know… Epilepsy affects millions of people worldwide, causing recurring seizures due to changes in the brain’s electrical activity. By learning more, raising awareness, and supporting those living with epilepsy, we can help build a more understanding and inclusive community. 💜 check out that purple!! Goooo, Team Brent!

Umar 🥇 competed (and completed) his first triathlon this weekend in Mason OH at the USA Triathlon youth and junior nationals 2026. He competed in the 7-year-old age group and finished 5th! The triathlon consisted of a 100-meter open water swim, a 5K bike ride and a 1K run. Congratulations, Umar! 👏

🏊 Registration is OPEN for the 2026-2027 CAP season! All returning and new swimmers must register before the fall season begins. New swimmers who need an evaluation can email Coach Tina at [email protected] to schedule one. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the pool!
