11u green girls are continuing to put in that work during the winter training!
We know working inside, being surrounded by nets and walls is not ideal for anyone or practice plans BUT our girls have continued to show up and have knocked indoor training out of the park!

Our 11u girls are done with Week 2 of conditioning training with trainer,Alyssa, at Total Performance Factory!
Our girls are getting out of their comfort zone and using muscles they never knew existed preparing for a spectacular season to come☺️

Happy Happy Birthday to the greatest Coach.
The Coach who is always early to scout out the field and make sure it is in the best condition and always looking to improve it somehow. The Coach who commits everyday to bettering himself for the 12 girls he pushes to be better women on and off the field everyday.
Coach Hector is an asset to this organization and especially this team. His dedication, loyalty, grit, determination and competitiveness is what keeps the 11u green girls in the highest energy and spirit possible. We are so lucky to get to call him Coach and learn from the knowledge base he brings fourth everyday. Thank you Coach Hector and Happy Birthday! 🎂
