How to improve your health 101:
It’s actually very simple! Eat Whole Foods, by this we mean vegetables, fruits and healthy grains! You don’t have to eat salads 24/7 to lose weight and be healthy. Matter of fact some salads lack a lot of nutrition value for an example a Caesar Salad has nothing to fuel your body! Chicken, brown rice and some mixed vegetables is more filling and packed with nutrients.
The second thing to do is just start exercising. High intensity interval training (what we do at Crossfire) is the best way to increase cardiovascular health, build muscle and burn calories!
Come check us out if you are looking to improve your health and wellness. Remember it is always CHEAPER to PREVENT than to TREAT.

Simple healthy smoothie recipe:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp almond butter.
You can add honey for additional sweetness, but always be careful about the extra added sugar!
