Kitten Yoga is back this week! Courts Plus is partnering with St. Sophia's Forgotten Felines to bring you a purr-fectly playful yoga experience!

Yogis are welcome to play, cuddle and enjoy kitten company throughout their practice. Enjoy gentle movement, lots of smiles and giggles and plenty of kitten energy. Kittens will also be available for same-day adoption.

Today is Senior Health & Fitness Day, and we’re proud to celebrate the important role health, movement, and connection play in helping older adults live active, fulfilling lives.

At the Elmhurst Park District, we see every day how fitness facilities like Courts Plus become more than just places to work out. They become spaces where friendships are built, routines are formed, confidence grows, and people stay engaged in the community.

Whether it’s walking the track, taking a group fitness class, swimming laps, or simply stopping to chat with familiar faces, staying active and social can have a tremendous impact on both physical and mental well-being as we age.

We’re grateful to provide opportunities that support healthy lifestyles for residents of all ages and abilities — and today is a great reminder that it’s never too late to prioritize your health.

-8am-8:45am: HIIT Pilates
-8am-8:45am: Strength Training
-8:30am-9:30am: New Waves (Aquatics)
-9am-9:30am: Stretch
-9am-10am: TRX Circuit
-9am-9:45am: Zumba

Kids Plus will be open 8:30-11:30am.
