Register now for the Saint Louis Chess Conference, held October 22-24 at Chase Park Plaza!

Hosted by the Saint Louis Chess Club, US Chess, and Kasparov Chess Foundation, this conference is a national gathering built specifically for the people advancing chess through research, education, and policy.

GM Garry Kasparov will deliver a keynote address. Other speakers include a panel on chess and sports featuring NFL and WNBA athletes, a conversation with the filmmakers of the new chess documentary, Madwoman's Game, and numerous other sessions and activities.

The UWEC Chess Club will hold its first meeting of the 2026-2027 academic year on Tuesday, September 8 from 3pm to 5pm in the Centennial Room (room 320) of the Davies Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The club plans to meet on Tuesdays at 3pm during the fall 2026 semester. Please join us to play, as our games are open to the general public! Eau Claire Chess Club
