CORBA Community for Outdoor Recreation, Biking, and Adventure. Volunteers & members based in and around the Eau Claire, WI Area CORBA is a 501c3 non-profit.

CORBA is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to creating and maintaining trails and promoting trail-based activities and events in Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley. CORBA volunteers build and maintain singletrack trails at Lowes Creek County Park and Northwest Park in Eau Claire, Centennial Park in Altoona, and Area 178 and Hickory Ridge in Chippewa County. Also, Silver Creek, Hiawatha, Pipestone, and River Doc Trails in Barron County plus Menomin in Dunn County. CORBA organizes several annual events, including the Firecracker mountain bike races and trail run, the Powder Keg snowshoe and fat-bike races, the Deer Fly Chase mountain bike race, and the Fall Back Blast ultra trail run. CORBA also hosts a weekly group recreation night on Mondays at Lowes Creek County Park. CORBA welcomes any and all trail users to volunteer and become a member. Your support ensures continued access to awesome local trails.

New Blugolds making a big impact on the trails! 💙💛🚴‍♂️

Before even stepping into their first class, incoming UW-Eau Claire Honors College students jumped right into community service for their new Catalyst program. A massive crew joined us at Centennial Park Trails for four hours of digging, lopping, and building a brand-new section of natural-surface singletrack!

They learned what goes into trail building by hand, got to know the CORBA "Trail Master" volunteers, and helped move our trail network forward. We love seeing the next generation of trail stewards in action and can't wait to keep building these UWEC connections!

We had a great time representing CORBA and operating the bike valet on behalf of Bike Chippewa Valley at the Sounds Like Summer concert series, hosted by Volume One. Last one of the summer. Perfect weather, great bands, stellar EC vibes
