Mytalisha's Dream was started in 2002 by four sisters (MYa, TAkara, LIsa, SHArlyn MY-TA-LI-SHA) who had a dream- to be able to train horses who were considered "unwanted" into horses that families would love and help them find their forever homes. After many years as a training and selling barn, one of the sister's who had worked at group homes for 7 years and studied psychology in college met a m

an who lived at the group home who changed her path... therapeutic riding was born at Mytalisha's Dream Riding Center. We currently offer beginning riding classes, therapeutic riding, boarding, training classes, and buying/selling services.

Oh how far these horses and kids have come this summer!! 💞💖. I am so truly impressed by each and every one of them.

The teen horse training program will continue into September and will be the last program running for the year at the barn. We still have lots of work ahead with hauling out on trail rides, and getting the horses further along in their training... but every one of them are doing amazing!! 💖💞

We leave next week for Montana with two teens from the training program to go work at Deboo's Ranch Adventures. 💞💖. Quite the huge opportunity !!

Thank you to all the owners who brought their horses for training, and parents (and grandparents!) who brought their kids all summer long! This was truly an amazing program and I cannot wait to see where it goes next year!!

Our LAST ladies night was the perfect end to our lesson season!! Thank you all for coming! I will also post last night's ladies night pictures after I get them for all you ladies last night.

That is the end of our lesson season for the year!! We may still have some fun events this fall but no more regular scheduled riding lessons. Most of our riders go just down the road to Longshot Farms for fall, winter, and spring riding and you will probably see lots of familiar faces there as many of the teens participate in both teen programs!

Busy, Busy Day!!

Western day and trail day. Along with Make-Your-Own-Pizza lunch... Cookie craft, and an amazing talent show put on by all the teens and kids!! Such a great Day!!

Only one day left... horse show day!! Friends and Family can come watch the kids in their show from 1p-3p! With an ice cream sundae social hour to follow!!
