Congratulations to our May Leader of the Pack, John White! John has been a member of CrossFit Loup since we opened in the summer of 2023. Not only has he made tremendous improvements in his fitness, but he is also one of the first people to introduce himself to new members and help them feel welcome. His consistency is paying off, and you’ll now see John showing his new skills, including muscle-ups and butterfly pull-ups. Congratulations, John!

We also want to recognize the 43 CrossFit Loup members who consistently showed up throughout May. A special shoutout goes to those who logged 20 or more check-ins: Yelena Buko, Katie Barnett, Kate Kretschmer, Kyle Kretschmer, Gabriel Delfino, Tanya Eckert, and Pat Commeret. Congratulations!

Congrats to Kyle Kretschmer on winning our “Leader of the Pack” for the month of April! Since joining, Kyle and his wife, Kate, have been extremely committed to the program—attending five times a week, almost every week. Kyle is also showing his dedication by spending extra time before and after class working to improve his mobility, access greater ranges of motion, and build better movement patterns for his Olympic lifting and overhead work. Enjoy the golden barbell, and congrats again, Kyle!
