Sometimes life takes on a life of its own. You don’t feel in control because it is out of your control. So all I can do is keep breathing and still get up and keep going. I feel vulnerable and need to ask for support and now shelter from the storm. I will endure I know this and so will you.

God gives us only that which we can handle. I say as a child I ask you God to hold my hand and walk me through. Yes, I’m asking for guidance to get me through. Get me where you want me to be. To be where my heart is. To know what I need to do to make it happen if anything. What am I in control of? And when do I give back control to you?

You live life as you know it. You are grateful everyday you wake up to a new day. And then
C U Next Tuesday happens out of nowhere. Head spinning asking Wtf. Just breathe I remind myself as long as you need. Listen to your music that brings you to center. You hear you have one life. However we live multiple lifetimes in our life. Embrace them. God has a plan whether you know it or not ✨
