Hey guys, we are very sorry but we can't make it to class again tomorrow due to some things going on with my dad. The fabulous Bridget Vanderpool has graciously agreed to sub again with Groove. Please come out and show her some love. We sure do love her!! We hope to see you guys next week!

Hey guys! In case you weren't in class Saturday, just wanted to let you know that Julie will be teaching our Monday class for a while. We hope to be back soon and will keep you posted. We will still teach the Saturday class. Julie will be there tonight so make sure you join her for a great workout (and remember Julie now teaches Zumba on Wed nights at 7:30!)
