Meet Gracie 🤸‍♂️⚽️
She's a former college soccer player who fell in love with Pilates while trying to find ways to most her body post-athletics. She graduated from Boise State May 2025 with her bachelors in psychology and she is currently going back to graduate school to get her masters in sport and performance psychology. She loves all things about the brain and finding Pilates has taken her interest in sports psychology to a whole new level looking into the mind body connecting and meeting people where they are at.
What is your favorite thing about BODYBAR? 🩵
My favorite thing about body bar is the community. Before I was an instructor here I took classes at Bodybar and absolutely loved the environment and the warm, happy I feeling I got when I walked in. Not only is our staff some of my favorite people but our members are the best and love to come in and get the work done and leave feeling better!
Favorite class to teach and why? 💪
My favorite class to teach is the Precision class. The slowed down pace and focus on for is my cup of tea. I truly feel that’s where I see the most mind body connection happening and love to apply my psychology background into focusing clients and make sure they feel their body move with intention and purpose.
Favorite music? 🎵
I absolutely love any and all music, especially live music and concerts. It sounds cliche to say I listen to everything but my Spotify wrapped proved that last year with a total of 259 genres listened to. Play any music or take me to any sort of concert, I LOVE music.
