A recent custom build, originally a R***r Old Model Super Blackhawk in .44 Magnum, extensively reworked and converted to .45 Long C**t.

The custom Damascus octagon barrel features an integral machined front sight base and interchangeable front sight blades. The top strap was welded up and machined into a flat-top configuration, fitted with a Micro adjustable rear sight. The rear of the frame was also welded up and machined to accommodate a Power Custom Keith No. 5 backstrap/trigger guard.

Additional features include a Bisley hammer and custom-made Turkish walnut grips. The revolver is finished in True Bone and Wood case hardening, traditional bluing, and nitre-blued small parts.

A distinctive, extensively customized revolver combining traditional craftsmanship, bespoke components, and classic styling.

Just finished up a custom build. 5 shot, 45 Long C**t on a R***r Bisley. Made the cylinder, Octagon barrel with integral front sight base with interchangeable blades.

A recent custom revolver. Started out as a R***r Blackhawk. Converted to 360 Dan Wesson. Made the banded barrel, cylinder, Keith number 5 latch system, front sight, Turkish Walnut grips fitted on a Ronnie Wells brass backstrap/trigger guard. Made a bolt block, extra long Ejector Rod Housing, and Keith number 5 base pin. Fitted a Power Custom Bisley Hammer. Finished in DLC, per customer request.

A Texas Ranger lost most if not every thing in a house fire and sends you his pistol to see what can be done, I could only say how sorry I am for your loss and let me see what I can do. Here is a before and after. The grips made out of Turkish Walnut, were made by a friend of mine who lost his life in December of 2025 are just fitting to be carried on his pistol. Since this was an engraved gun, care was taken not to take away from the engraving and we wanted to let the pistol tell the story.

Be very careful when you buy a rebuild Monarch 10ee, 30” lathe. For those that know, the Monarch is the finest and most precision lathe ever build.
