Starting your workout with movement like this helps wake up your shoulders, hips, and core so you can actually get more out of the work that follows. Think of it as setting the tone, not just “stretching.” Focus on pushing through your hands, keeping your heels reaching down, and taking steady breaths instead of rushing through it.

A few minutes here can mean better lifts, fewer tweaks, and just feeling stronger overall.
