Yay it’s time for another seasonal ceremony & sound bath!
I’ve been guiding these for over a year now and it’s so beautiful to see how the community is dropping into this seasonal pulse.
We look at it in chunks of 6 weeks ~ looking to where we’ve been from the last marker on the wheel of the year, and to where we are going over the next 6 weeks.
It is a deeply grounding practice that brings us into rhythm with nature.
Cindi brings her transformative sound bath and people walk away changed. ✨
We are meant to go through communally held ceremonial acts, aligned with the rhythm of nature.
It restructures the cells of our body and connects us to our humanity. ❤️

Tomorrow is the next gathering for our Mother's Group! 🥰

HeartBloom is honored to be the home for this new group to support Dunsmuir Moms!

Beginning the day after mother's day, this group will be hosted for expecting & postpartum mothers.

It is happening from 1-3 pm, with a nourishing meal provided!

HeartBloom has always held the vision of offering a space to gather beyond the daily yoga schedule. Rearranging this space is a step towards that expansion!
Think more tea and craft circles, and music, etc., in addition to the ongoing death and grief circles and mother’s group

PLUS the shop holds locally made treasures that I’ve hand selected to uplift local makers in town and offer things that enhance our lives with beauty and medicine.

Loving on mothers is one of my favorite things 🥰 we had a very sweet restorative class for Mother’s Day and each mama got a rose. THEN a new mother’s group began the following day!

I am sending out this vibration of love for the mothers in Dunsmuir to feel that there is a place to lean into support.

We have a bi-weekly group forming, sponsored by , for mothers to receive nourishment in as many forms as possible. This group is free and includes lunch and tea.

Applications are open for ROOTED: Community Death Doula Training!
A 7-month journey for those who want to grow real capacity around grief, dying, end-of-life care, and community support. Where we will not just learn information, but empower a small group of people who can help change the fabric of our community through presence, skill, and direct service.

This training includes live monthly Zoom teaching, monthly in-person immersive gatherings, readings, case studies, role-play, and more.
