What an AWESOME day at the SOMD Knockout Zone Open House! 🥊🔥

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, tried a mini workout, took the plunge, relaxed with acupuncture, and spent the afternoon with us. This is exactly what we love about our Knockout Zone community—fitness, wellness, recovery, and great people all coming together. ❤️💛

Special thanks to The Heat Lab for bringing the cold plunge and IV therapy and Life Seasons Wellness Center for providing mini acupuncture treatments. We loved being able to collaborate and give everyone a chance to experience some amazing recovery and wellness options.

Most of all, thank you to our members, coaches, friends, families, and everyone who stopped by. Our community is what makes SOMD Knockout Zone so special!

And a little fun fact… when she’s not throwing punches, Chyanne is an AMAZING baker! 🧁🍪 Apparently she can throw down in the kitchen and on the heavy bag. 😂🥊
