I founded The Warrior Faction as a self-defense facility in 2022 in Prince Frederick, MD - borrowing space in a local gym. After just a few weeks I decided to go all in and get my own location in Dunkirk and expand to include and focus on fitness, nutrition, and accountability coaching. I have enjoyed a martial arts career spanning nearly four decades in a dozen different disciplines, including 1

4 years as a full-time instructor and studio owner. After a nearly 10 year hiatus from teaching, I'm returning with a passion for teaching fitness and self-defense strategies, tactics, and lifestyles that enhance the whole person - body, mind, spirit. I believe I have two unique skills as an instructor: First, helping people who are not even sure they would ever be capable of becoming fit, strong, and healthy find the courage to train and improve one tiny step at a time until they are capable, healthy, street smart individuals. Second, inspiring and aiding those with a desire to become "masters of the craft" who spread knowledge and wisdom to others to become leaders and teachers in their family and community. Whether you are a beginner wanting to get started on your fitness journey or self-defense skills or want to build upon the base you already have, I look forward to meeting and growing together with you!
