💆🏻‍♀️ Brieathe Massage will be on-site for SoMD Smackdown offering massages & stretch sessions for $1/minute.

🏋🏻‍♀️ Athletes - treat yourself before/after your workouts and spectators - take a few minutes for yourself, too!

🤩 Fun fact: Bri (owner of Brieathe) started upstairs at CrossFit Panthera when we opened in 2019 before moving to her (much larger) space and expanding her team about a year later.

💪🏼 We are stoked to have her back on-site taking care of all those muscles!

🍎🍊🍋🍍 We are so excited to have JUICE BUZZ on-site for SoMD Smackdown on Saturday, May 18! Jeanette has been a staple at so many of the events at CrossFit Panthera over the years and her juices are refreshing and delicious!

🍑🥝🍈🍉 She will have samples to try as well bottles for purchase to stay hydrated during the competition (or even if you’re not competing). Her menu will be available a few days beforehand using fresh local fruits & veggies.
