- descending (higher beginner)
- inverting from the ground (pre-intermediate)
- aerial inverts (intermediate)

Come learn how to progress to the next level. Expect targeted conditioning, technique drills, and tips to make your invert look effortless.

This class is for you if you feel comfortable in a beginner class and want to learn more. We will be practicing and conditioning for some higher level moves. It is acceptable for students who don’t feel quite intermediate to join this class.

Prerequisite: able to invert and hold a pose
