Join us in welcoming Coach Aaron (Aaron Young )to the PHAST Coaching Staff!

Aaron brings a tremendous amount of passion and experience to youth athletic development. As a former athlete at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, he understands firsthand what it takes to succeed at every stage. His experience as an athlete, combined with his passion for coaching, allows him to connect with young athletes and help them reach their full potential.

Lauren grew up competing in Gymnastics until a torn ACL changed her path to following a passion in helping others. She now enjoys CrossFit and competes in local competitions.
