Tomorrow’s the day! Join me tomorrow evening at Baily's Dairy of Pocopson Meadow Farm for Family Sunflower Yoga. 30 minutes of yoga followed by free time in the beautiful sunflower field. Each child can even pick their own sunflower to bring home 🌻 No registration necessary. Cash or Venmo accepted at event.

Mr. Noodle had quite the week, and even made his way to Highland Orchards Farm and Market for Kids Yoga on the Farm this morning. In typical Ms. Rebecca fashion I took zero pictures, but still had a blast! Can’t wait for next Friday.

Join Rebecca from Yoga with Ms. Rebecca for afternoons full of movement and mindfulness. During each session we will practice yoga, complete a mindfulness craft, and play fun yoga games.

We will also incorporate fun themes and stories along the way!
