Every year on 9/11 I have done my best to honor and remember.
This year I will be at the DHS football stadium to walk the stairs.

I invite anyone that would like to join. If stairs aren’t your thing, you can walk the track. I will have the number of stairs that firefighter’s did on that day.

Updates for the 6 and 8 am classes.
Starting August 24th.

Monday 6 & 8 am- will be a circuit with cardio added in. Weight room focused

Wednesday 6 & 8 am- lift in classroom
Cardio to follow for the 8 am

Friday- 6 & 8 am-
Cardio centered with abs added.

Tues and Thursday 6 am will Start August 25th. This will be strength and cardio focused with high intensity.
