All,
A few things to note as we wind down the school year and head into summer.
we will be winding down classes soon. Our last scheduled classes will be May 14th I believe I have accounted for and communicated with all the kids/parents that will be receiving their next belt promotion. Please don’t miss out on the 14th. We will do promotions for stripes and a few belts for our kids class and a there may be a few stripes given out in teens and adults as well. 🙂
As always we do not run our younger kids program in the summer due to the high travel vacations and just doing other cool stuff with families. Which we totally encourage!
I am hoping to do a camp sometime in July for the kids sometime for the kids if we have interest.
Adults/Teens we will relocate to the shop location after the 14th, please contact Dirk for details we will run an open mat and class format, a few times a week which is TBD depending on interest and folks that can commit.
I always train year round and offer classes, however if we have light numbers I also enjoy fishing and spending time with my family too.
So please be mindful as we get into summer for this class what days times works best to have the maximum bang for our buck so to speak as far as commitment and turn out, we have freedom to adjust accordingly since this is a private space.
A last note I am also planning on bringing back Kali to the park at least weekly, this was mutually exclusive to a handful of folks that wanted to learn and showed interest in it.
I am planning to bring Paul Ingram with Kali Center here for a solid weekend workshop the end of the summer. August 20-22nd located at natural bridge park to be exact.
We will need 10 registered participants for this to occur.
Paul is a phenomenal teacher and practitioner of Kali. If you are interested in the training or in the weekend seminar please contact me or sign up at kali center page.
And lastly with summer upon us I will also be available as always for private instruction for BJJ or Kali.
