A cold, snowy day isn’t exactly ideal for ice cream, but we made the best of it anyway. Proud of this crew for showing up, working hard, and keeping the energy high when it mattered the most!

The 2026 season for The Rebels came to an end today — on Mother’s Day. A fitting ending for a season that reminded us just how important our biggest fans and greatest supporters truly are. 💙

This year brought challenges, adversity, and plenty of growing pains. There were tough moments, lessons learned, and obstacles that tested this team in every way. But through it all, these players kept showing up and kept working!

Sometimes growth doesn’t always show up in the scoreboard. Sometimes it shows up in resilience, teamwork, accountability, confidence, and learning how to fight through hard moments together.

To all of the moms, grandmas, and mother figures who cheered from the sidelines, drove to practices, encouraged after tough games, and supported these athletes every step of the way — thank you. We couldn’t do this without you.

The season may be over, but the growth is just beginning. Proud of this team and excited for what’s ahead for each of these girls. Some day their paths will cross again.

When the hype from this weekend carries right on into Tuesday into my classroom… ❤️🖤

And for once, it’s not because they want food 🤣

It’s because they trust each other. They want the best for each other. They just want to be heard… and they know their teammates definitely have their back… I’m glad they finally figured this out! It’s better late than never!

So you pause for a minute. You hear them out. You let them know you hear them. You remind them there will be another moment. You provide the opportunity… that’s what coaching is!

And then when they walk away, you just sit there and smile… because after this weekend, you realize you’re going to miss this more than they will ever know.

The wins are great. The memories are amazing. But this right here… this is what makes the Rebels special. ❤️

What a day at Big Sky Volleyfest in Billings, Montana! 🏐

Out of 28 teams, the Stormproof Seven battled their way finishing near the top in a loaded field. They faced strong competition from Idaho, Washington, North Dakota, and Montana, and the gold bracket was no joke. No medal today—but what they gained matters more.

They showed up with commitment. They played for each other. They brought energy, grit, and resilience every single match. When things got tough, they didn’t back down—they weathered the storm together. And that says more than any medal ever could.

Proud of this group and the way they competed all day. This is how you grow. This is what a team looks like! 💙

There are moments as a coach where you’re supposed to have all the answers… and then there are moments where you just need someone to step in and be there. Today, that someone was Terra.

Not just a mom—the volleyball mom. The one every team hopes for.

When I needed a moment, when I felt at a loss, she didn’t hesitate. She gathered the girls, built a brand-new rotation on the spot, and confidently gave them new positions like she’d been planning it all along. I couldn’t have done it in that moment—but she could, and she did.

And the best part? The girls leaned in. They listened. They trusted her. They wanted her guidance. Watching that unfold was exactly what this team needed today.

I am so incredibly grateful. This is what it means to have a village—people who step up without being asked, who care just as deeply, and who help carry the weight when it matters most.

Stormproof Seven. 💪

These girls didn’t just adapt—they owned it. New rotation on Tuesday. Another brand-new rotation today. All new positions, learned in just 20 minutes… and still pushing their way into the gold bracket.

That’s not luck. That’s resilience. That’s grit. That’s a team that refuses to break, no matter the storm.

So proud of the way they’ve stepped up for each other, trusted the process, and kept fighting. Tomorrow at 8 AM, they show up as the Stormproof Seven—ready for anything. 🌪️✨

The Rebels battled hard this past weekend at the Cloud Peak Grand Prix and came away with a 5th place finish out of 16 teams in the 14 Open division. Another trip to the gold bracket shows just how competitive this group continues to be 💪

We’re right there—but still working on maintaining composure in those tough moments and finishing strong against top teams. The growth is happening, and this team keeps putting itself in position to break through.

Next up: Big Sky Volleyfest in Billings, Montana this Friday. 28 teams, all chasing the same goal—a trip to Nationals in Orlando, Florida. Another opportunity, another challenge, and another chance for the Rebels to rise.

The girls were asked to bring an object that represented their personality, and their choices were so thoughtful:
Amora: an orange — plain on the outside, but fun and talkative once you peel it back.
Elle: a lamb halter — our animal lover.
Charlie: a stuffed bear — always there to comfort others.
Natalia: seashells — strong through change.
Haley: a softball — sporty, competitive, and driven.
Lauryn: a sarong — versatile and happiest at the beach.
Gracie: a candy jar — sweet, spicy, and full of personality.
Kylee: a daffodil — new beginnings and knowing when to start over.
Not pictured: Ariadne: a lint roller — roll off the bad and keep going.
