Who would love an introductory to reformer pilates series at a discounted rate for beginners only? I am going to put a Saturday at 10am for three weeks. If you have been intimidated by the "Big Machines" or afraid you are "not ready" this is the class for you. For new clients only you can purchase 3 group classes for $99. We made it easy, affordable and fun for you! Get 5 of you together for an extra fun time. Ill put this on the calendar Starting November 14 for three weeks only so grab your spots. Book on the website or on the momence app. If you have difficulty with anything call me, Ill help you.

Saturday 9 am is always full. Do you want an additional class? 10 am? Who is ready for 5 pm Thursday evening? Or 5 pm Tuesdays as 6 pm class is waitlisted? I will build the schedule where you need it but need 3 to add a class.

I removed 6:45 am Monday, 8am Tuesday and Thursday Group classes for lack of attendance. I added 6 pm Tuesday evening group class, and If that is well attended (full tomorrow) Ill add a Thursday 6pm group class. I am open to adding a 5pm Tuesday Thursday class and in the near future a 7am Monday Group class. Let me know your interest PLEASE

We will be restructuring our class schedule as of Next week to accommodate the most popular classes and make room more privates and duets by taking away classes that do not have a following. I added a 6pm group class as requested. We need 3 participants to commit to add a class time. What times and classes do you want to add or remain?
