Spent a couple of hours this morning with Regs getting on the same page and getting her up to speed on the programming that we will be using. We got to go over her schedule, drills, standards, focuses, tools between us, anything that she needs, social media, partners and sponsors, and all in between.

A day like this was key prior to her starting to ensure that she is setup to succeed and develop from day 1.

Next on the list: video tutorials for all CAGE2 members to refer to for their at home programming 🙌🏼 ❤️
