The all or nothing is soooo unhealthy and super detrimental, so why is it our all too common go to for so many things?
If you’re like me, you’ve probably found yourself saying you won’t do something (like “I won’t drink tonight” or “I won’t eat that dessert”) only to do that exact thing…. and then double down by using it as an excuse to just go all in?! “Diet starts Monday” right?!
