We hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving this year! Heavy Hands Heavy Hearts Foundation is still here, helping people put in the hard work.

This Friday, two of our very own will be competing in the Muay Thai 5280 Fight Series! Oshae Wilson, one of our coaches, and Zakai Strong, a long time gym member, will be jumping in the ring representing Heavy Hands Heavy Hearts. Come out to Stampede Club for a great night of combat sports!

Doors open at 12pm, fights start at 1pm.

This past Saturday, STAR Girlz Empowerment, Inc. and Heavy Hands Heavy Hearts Foundation had an opportunity to show the community some love and help by helping with our 7th annual Be Inspired Back-to-School Community Day. Everyone enjoyed a day full of games, sports, food and music at Aurora City Park

We had so much fun seeing all the kids having a good time, and being able to help them prepare for the new school year with backpacks and school supplies. .

We had a number of wonderful organizations supporting our efforts to get the kids ready for school, including Struggle of Love Foundation, Children's Wellness Center of Colorado, PLLC, The JEKL Institute, Project I See You, and volunteers from the community.

Thank you for all of your help and for making this another successful start to the school year!

Get ready to meet the team!

This month we're proud to present our updated programs and services. We'll be highlighting each team member and introducing the community to the people who are out here making a difference in the lives of youth and families.

We'd like to start by remembering two of the most influential individuals that have been involved with our organization since opening in 2015, both of whom were taken too soon.
