Feeling really grateful lately… so many exciting things on the horizon.

Costa Rica retreat is coming up soon 🌴
Greece 2027 is already in the works 🇬🇷
And next up… a quick trip to Jersey because 95.9 The WRAT is throwing WRATfest and I am SO excited 🎶

Life has a funny way of opening doors when you keep showing up, staying grounded, and following what lights you up.

Tonight I experienced something truly special. ✨

I attended a sound bath in the most beautiful, welcoming space. Soft cushions and cozy blankets were laid out for us, creating an atmosphere that immediately invited relaxation and surrender.

Darren, an opera singer, guided us on a journey unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Through the power of his voice and the beautiful sounds of various instruments, the entire experience felt immersive, grounding, and deeply moving.

There’s something magical about allowing yourself to simply receive… to pause, breathe, listen, and let the vibrations move through you.

Feeling grateful for experiences that remind us to slow down and reconnect. 💫

Happy Friday! ☀️💦

Kicking off the day with Aqua Yoga at 9 AM at Aberdeen Golf & Country Club!
I’ll be sharing a quick video after class before heading to my 11 AM class at LA Fitness Delray — always good energy there.

✨ Bonus class today! ✨I’ll also be subbing Gentle Yoga tonight at EOS Boca at 5 PM.
