a starting in July 2023. In April 2024, I also became certified in chair yoga. Additionally, I am trained in Tai Ji Quan, Moving for Better Balance, integrating its principles into my holistic approach to wellness. You can find my class schedule and events on my website. Keep an eye out for spontaneous pop-up yoga sessions, and look forward to upcoming yoga retreats beginning in 2025. Join me for full moon yoga on the beach at Oceanfront Park in Boynton Beach. Thank you to everyone who came out for Full Moon Beach Yoga. Seeing all of your beautiful faces under the Buck Moon, breathing together, moving together, and sharing such a peaceful evening means more to me than you know.

Your support, your smiles, your energy, and your presence are what make these gatherings so special. I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for choosing to spend your evening with me and for allowing me to share this practice with you.
