August is National Wellness Month.
For most companies that means a step challenge and a fruit basket in the break room.
For the communities you manage, it’s something better: a built-in, socially-acceptable reason to try one thing you’ve been meaning to try all year.
You don’t need a budget. You don’t need board approval for a pilot. You need 31 days and one small experiment.
For the rest of this month I’m posting one thing a community manager can run each week — no capital, no committee. Steal all of them.
First one’s tomorrow.
Follow along, and drop the type of community you manage in the comments. I’ll tailor a few of these to what you’re working with.
