IT"S FREE - MESSAGE ME AND JOIN ME!

So far, I'm loving Clean Week created by our new Super Trainer Megan Davies!

Did my 30 minute Core Function workout with my workout buddy - easy to follow and no equipment required.

There are a choice of at least 7 recipes for each meal! I chose Megan's Veggie Egg Scramble for breakfast - which was very filling.

There are a variety of snack choices and I chose Megan's Vegan Chocolate Shake with Almond Milk, frozen banana, and almond butter and ice for a snack.

I still have lunch and dinner to go! It's fun when everything is laid out and there's no guess work.

The Struggle is Real!!

Our Team is kicking off Clean Week. I usually have my Super Shake for breakfast, but I'm switching it up this week. Making a healthy breakfast is pretty easy for me, but the struggle is more real around lunchtime.

"What do I want to eat? What do have in the house to make? Do I feel like preparing anything - Wish something like a healthy lunch would just appear!!"
So I whipped up my shake for lunch - Problem solved!

Do you struggle to get in your daily dose of veggies and healthy fats along with a serving of protein in every meal?

Finished our 3 mile pond walk with Griff! Then I whipped up a healthy breakfast. 2 Eggs with a full Tomato and a side of 1/4 Avocado! No- one says it has to look pretty but it sure hit the spot!

Perfect Sunny Fall Day - Just finishing up our 3 mile walk and I think this is one of my favorite houses in The Boston area. They sure knew how to build a beautiful house back in 1878. I love the colors, the gardens and the cute little pumpkin. Hope you are enjoying your day!!!

Crock Pot Turkey Chili - It's that time of year!!

Ingredients:
1/2lb Ground Lean Turkey
1 Green Pepper
2 Jalapenos
1 medium to small yellow or white Onion
1 can Garbanzo Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Diced Green Chilles
1/4 cup Chili Powder
Dashes of Salt and Pepper
Dashes of Oregano
Dashes of Garlic Powder (you can cut up reg. garlic too if wanted)
(all these dashes I eyeball.. garlic powder I add the most dashes)
Water (optional-add to crock pot if it’s looking dry during cooking)
Shredded Cheddar (optional)
Spoon Greek Yogurt plain (optional-as a sub for sour cream)

Directions:
1. Chop Green Pepper and Jalapenos and add to crock pot. I cut open the jalapenos and scoop out the seeds before cutting.
2. Chop the Onion and add to crock pot
3. Open the cans of Black Beans and Garbanzo beans and rinse in a strainer. Then add to the crock pot.
4. Open the diced tomatoes and green chilles cans and add those to the crock pot.
Note-You can also opt to use regular tomatoes if you don't want to use canned!
5. Now time for your spices-Add 1/4 cup of chilli powder and for the rest of the spices it's all about your personal taste. I do a few shakes of the garlic powder, then some dash of oregano and salt and pepper. You can always add more so go easy and see how you like it as it cooks. I would check it after an hour or so and season to taste. This time around I had to add a little water as it was getting dry. So just FYI!
6. Now it's time to cook your lean turkey. I cook it through and add to the pot. Now set your crockpot to HIGH for 3-4 hours and you are good to go!

Here is the 21 day fix breakdown (NOT including any toppings) for 1.5-2 cups: 1 Red (turkey), 1 Green (tomatoes, peppers, onion, jalapenos), 1 Yellow (beans).

I HAD A DREAM!

I left my corporate job to raise our 3 children. Back in the 80's I didn't have the opportunity to work part-time in my Computer Analyst Career, 50 hours or no job. So I left my career and worked a bunch of part-time lower wage jobs throughout the next 25 years while also helping my husband with his small engineering company.

I only dreamed of having my own business with my own business hours with the ability to work from home or anywhere while contributing to our family income - something I could call my own!
I also dreamed of getting my workout in without dragging kids with me and struggling to find and pay for babysitters.

Now our daughter Andrea has my dream! She left her corporate job to raise her 3 children. Becoming a Beach Body coach has given her the freedom to replace her corporate income and live life by her own design. She gets up early and first and foremost gets her 30 minute workout in. Then throughout her day works her business.

Our son Patrick introduced this opportunity to both of us and we have all been full-time Beach Body Coaches for almost 4 years. I've lost 11lbs, lowered my cholesterol from 208 to 176, with a variety of the 30 minute workouts and from drinking shakeology daily for the past 6 years.

The cool thing is our youngest daughter Amy is now following in her big brother and sister's foot steps. She has already more than replaced her corporate income and is taking her business to the next level before becoming married and having children.

We have all created six figure incomes while having the unique opportunity to work together - first working on ourselves and then helping others create healthy lifestyles while sharing this opportunity to everyone at any age. Young adult, stay at home and working moms, second careers for men and women of all ages!

I was able to help my husband Pete retire early from his engineering career and he has also joined us part-time in this opportunity! We are able to travel and work from any where!

CLEAN WEEK???

Had a great time this weekend at our quarterly Super Saturday! Met up with around 75 Beachbody Coaches and learned about all the new products that are being launched throughout the next 3 months! I'm so excited for our newest Super Trainer's - Clean Week program which starts October 3rd! Who can't be disciplined for 7 days?
