Dear SC Comets Families,

Due to inclement weather and for the safety of all players, families, coaches, and evaluators, tonight's SC Comets Select Tryouts have been canceled.

Tryouts have been rescheduled for:

Monday, June 15, 2026

Girls Tryouts: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Boys Tryouts: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

All age groups will attend at the same times that were originally scheduled for today.

Due to the weather forecast for this afternoon and evening, there is a possibility that tonight’s Select Tryouts may be postponed until Monday, June 15.
At this time, tryouts are still scheduled as planned, but we are closely monitoring field and weather conditions. We will make a final decision and send an update to all registered families by 3:00 PM today confirming whether tryouts will proceed or be postponed.
Please watch your email and club communications for the official update later this afternoon.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a safe environment for all players.

Congratulations to our Comets!!!!

The girls DDHS soccer team are regional champions! It is the first regional championship win since 2014. The Comets played Mount Horeb at home for the 2-0 win. They came out strong with a goal in the first five minutes and never looked back. Scoring for the Home team was Megan Markley on an assist from Anna Smith. The second goal was scored by Kaiya Logterman off a free kick from Anna Smith. Mia Wolfer had monster night making some key saves and keeping the Comets in control. It was probably Mia’s best game of the year. The Comets advance to the sectional and play next Thursday TBD.
