You should all come and work out this man; he is still PHENOMENAL at stretching, kicking, and working out at the age of 79. He can still do the full splits; his timing and ACCURACY at kicking a target is AMAZING. He is also a Humble man, too.

One more day of classes until Saturday at the Delavan Flying Dragons Martial Arts, stop in for New Formed "Fit Martial Arts" set up for 18 and up from 5 to 6pm or enjoy our Beginners Class for 5 and up from 5:30 to 6:30pm and to our regular students do the 6:30 to 7:30pm classes.

Come in and enjoy a Good & Safe Sweat as your parents can sit in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

To the Delavan Flying Dragons Martial Arts students and their parents. We are still having classes today and tonight, the humidity is down to 53% and also temperature is a comfortable 73°F for a good workout so come to classes all week. And to the parents come in a watch your kids sweat but not die in classes. We hope to see you !!!
