es from a higher power. We have become so disconnected as a society that we forget that. We look outside of ourselves and then we hit a breaking point. For me, that breaking point came in 2017ish and again in 2019 and it's been quite the journey since. Through the years of navigating motherhood, career, loss/grief, divorce, homeschool and everything in between, I had the revelation that my purpose is to live ON PURPOSE & in the present as much as possible and to help lead others to do the same through a variety of modalities to include movement, intuitive energy healings, journaling, creating, community, meditation, soul care, classes, & workshops.

*Guiding women to trust their inner wisdom, embrace authenticity, and cultivate intentional living through the transformational mix of movement, mindfulness and self love.*

This practice is about remembering and returning. Quality over quantity. We are building community, connection & authentic expression in my classes and offerings. To be seen. To feel held. Join us.
