Judo Saturday Aug 29 will be CANCELED due to everyone going down to the Controlled Combat tournament.

Functional Striking with Cofields today 530-700

NEW CLASS!!! Wednesday 12-1 will be hybrid. That means gi or no gi. Come as you wish. This will be a slower pace and more detailed instruction.

A couple things.
1. Awesome open mat today! Open mat is Sundays. 10-12. It is free to all forms of grappling.
2. Wrestling season for you part time wrestlers is right around the corner. Coach Donnie has limited availability for group or private sessions. Message him or the business pages if interested.
3. We haven't been posting alot. I'm super busy with my family and I really don't like social media and technology. I also feel if you want to get better or learn quality grappling everyone already knows you should be training at BC.
4. No more free week of training. We are only offering 1 free class.
5. You don't have "time". I don't want to hear it. Your health and well being is just not a priority. Stay home eat chips, drink some beers and grunt and hold your breath when you tie your shoes. That's your choice.
