A big thank you to Dr. Molly for joining us in class this weekend! We appreciate you taking the time to teach our athletes ways to better prepare their bodies for training, help prevent future injuries, and for being able to provide some PT treatment. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and helping our athletes move, feel, and perform their best!

We missed your smiling faces this weekend, but we hope everyone stayed safe from the storm! We’re grateful that our gym didn’t sustain any damage from Hurricane Isaias, and that we can operate with normal hours.

10/08/2026

We are continuing to watch the weather to make the best call for our coaches and members. We are canceling Saturday classes. As for Friday classes we will continue to watch and make a decision about afternoon classes, as of right now the schedule for Friday will run as normal. We will keep you updated with any changes as the weather could change our plans.
We hope everyone stays safe and dry durning the storm.
